Esiste un ciclo vitale anche per la materia apparentemente inanimata, anch'essa in perenne e lenta trasformazione. Il moderno processo produttivo impone infatti il riciclo dei materiali, non tanto per un utopico senso civico, quanto per una banale ottimizzazione economica del processo stesso. In un preciso momento di questo processo -attimo decisivo ma non nel senso bressoniano- la materia implosa sembra assumere una forma nuova. L'indagine fotografica nasce con lo scopo di portare la testimonianza del ciclo vitale di quell'elemento stravolgendo le regole prospettiche -anche quelle del "paesaggio urbano"- in un gioco caleidoscopico di duplicazioni: il negativo viene riprodotto e ribaltato -metafora della scomparsa dell'originale nell'era digitale- sino a confondere il soggetto in un mostro multiforme che incarna infinite rappresentazioni emotive, una per ogni spettatore.
NOTA TECNICA Il singolo fotogramma è stato scansionato e successivamente duplicato e ribaltato in un unico file. Non è stato eseguito nessun altro intervento di post produzione digitale.

There is a life cycle for apparently inanimate matter, which is also in constant and slow transformation. In fact, the modern production process requires the recycling of materials, not so much for a utopian civic sense, but for a banal economic optimization of the process itself. At a precise moment in this process - a decisive moment but not in the Bressonian sense - the imploded matter seems to take on a new form. The photographic investigation was born with the aim of bringing the testimony of the life cycle of that element by distorting the perspective rules - even those of the "urban landscape" - in a kaleidoscopic game of duplications: the negative is reproduced and overturned -metaphor of the disappearance of the original in the digital age - to the point of confusing the subject in a multifaceted monster that embodies infinite emotional representations, one for each spectator.
TECHNICAL NOTE The single frame was scanned and subsequently duplicated and reversed in a single file. No other digital post production intervention has been performed.
